In line with previous communication, Heimstaden Bostad has today completed a SEK 31.75 billion share issuance.
Existing shareholders, Heimstaden AB, Folksam Group, Alecta, and the Swedish Pensions Agency, as well as new investor, Försäkringsbranschens Pensionskassa (FPK), participated in the issuance.
The new equity will support the previously announced acquisition of Akelius’ properties in Germany, Sweden and Denmark and further strengthen Heimstaden Bostad’s financial position.
