Audit and GRC Committee
The Audit and GRC Committee is a preparatory and advisory working committee of the Board of Directors of Heimstaden Bostad with respect to risks, financial reporting and financial statement, audits, internal control, compliance, governance, and risk management processes and systems.
The Committee is appointed by and shall report regularly to the Board. The Board is briefed by the Audit & GRC Committee on the Company’s approach to sustainability, performance, and material impacts, risks, and opportunities in bi-annual updates or, if needed, on an ad hoc basis.
