Heimstaden Bostad AB (publ) has held an Extraordinary General Meeting that resolved to appoint Manne Bergström, Legal Counsel at Alecta, as new member of the Board of Directors. Manne Bergström is replacing Klas Åkerbäck. The Board now consists of the following:
