Heimstaden Bostad has appointed Kristian Fredrik Mehus as permanent Country Manager Denmark, following a successful period in the role on an interim basis since February 2026.
Since stepping into the position, Kristian further strengthened the Danish organisation through a clear commercial focus and strong operational leadership. As Country Manager, he will continue the successful privatisation strategy, drive record-high occupancy, and delivering an even stronger experience for our tenants.

Kristian Fredrik Mehus joined Heimstaden in Norway in 2022 and has held several leadership positions within the company. Since February 2026, he has held responsibility for both the Norwegian and Danish operations.
