We made our first investment in Poland in December 2020, followed by additional acquisitions in 202. Our Polish portfolio consists of recently completed newbuilds concentrated in Warsaw and Kraków. Operating within a liberalised rental framework, performance is supported by a persistent housing undersupply, historically low vacancy in the private rental market, and the ongoing lease-up of modern, ESG-certified assets.
