Heimstaden Bostad AB has successfully issued three NOK-denominated senior unsecured bonds.

The proceeds from the issuances will be used for the refinancing of outstanding bonds and for general corporate purposes. Settlement will occur on April 22 and all three bonds will be listed on Oslo Børs. The listing particulars, once available, will be made available on Oslo Børs and www.heimstadenbostad.com.
DNB Markets and Nordea acted as Joint Lead Managers for the bond issuances.
