Our social impact work focuses on the people connected to our business: residents, employees, suppliers, and local communities. Through responsible housing, inclusive employment, customer engagement, and local partnerships, we aim to contribute to better everyday living and long-term social value.
We work to strengthen trust, safety, wellbeing, and opportunity in the communities around our homes. This is part of how we create value for both people and society.
