Fredrik Reinfeldt

Eva has over 27 years’ experience in Nordic real estate and is a qualified lawyer admitted to the Danish High Courts and the Commercial High Court. She has previously held the position of Head of Legal at Nordstern and carries experience from renowned Danish firms such as Plesner and Accura.

Paweł Romańczuk has extensive experience in corporate finance and real estate investments. Before joining Heimstaden, he held several senior management positions, including CFO at Layetana Real Estate Poland, where he was responsible for securing financing, executing, and managing residential development projects. At Heimstaden, he serves as Head of Asset Management & Operations.
