We prioritise joining housing and trade organisations and maintain transparency and best practices in stakeholder engagement, ensuring openness about our positions and memberships.
We actively support lobbyist registers and ensure our presence in such registers wherever they exist.
We maintain strict political neutrality and refrain from providing financial support to political parties, politically motivated organisations, or individual politicians. We also have a policy against offering or accepting any form of undue advantage that goes beyond common courtesy.
We actively engage with NGOs in social sustainability activities. Before engagement, we assess the organisation’s reputation and alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, UN Global Compact, and the Paris Agreement. We also monitor their activities after engagement to ensure continued alignment.
